RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:

All artworks purchased from Eleonora Manapova which are shipped to the customer will arrive safely and in good order or be returned if customer notifies Eleonora Manapova by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. After reasonable proof of damage is established Eleonora Manapova will refund. Once an item has been accepted, any future risk of loss or damage for the item passes to the customer. The fineart print or painting must be carefully re-packaged in the original packaging material and shipped using the same level of courier service at the customer's expense.
